Gammon/Bacon Joints

Both Gammon/Bacon Joints are taken from the finest of Danish Bacon and can be cut to any required size. Smoked Joints can be purchased on request.

Shanks/Ribs

Shanks are traditional and can be used for taking cuttings off, then being used to make a traditional pea and ham soup which is a certain winter favourite. Shanks average over 3lb in weight.

Ribs

Traditional ribs, can be eaten as a traditional meal as ribs and cabbage or can be again used to make a soup. Weights vary, but averaging just under a kilo per sheet. Can be frozen.

Gammon Steaks

The gammon steaks are again taken from the finest Danish bacon and can be enjoyed on any meal. Sizes vary due to specification. Again smoked steaks can be requested.
